One of the US’ most spellbinding artists Gracie Abrams heads to Australia for debut shows in January 2024! The Good Riddance Tour enchants Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
Please read the guide below for all the information you need to know about this SOLD OUT event.
ARRIVING EARLY FOR EVENT
– Overnight queueing and camping for all events is strictly prohibited.
– Patrons are encouraged to not line up more than a few hours before doors open (7pm). Queuing spaces are unsheltered.
– Patron safety is the venue’s number one priority. Any person who is disrespectful to staff or other patrons will be removed from the event.
– ALL fan-made numbering systems will not be honoured for this event, please follow the direction of the venue on the day.
– If you do wish to queue early on the day, ensure you have sufficient food, water & wet weather clothes.
-The Hordern is renowned for being an intimate venue. This means that it has great viewing angles from almost anywhere in the auditorium.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
– All items brought into the venue must follow our venue guidelines and not proceed 30cm x 30cm. They will have to be cloaked if larger.
– Professional & SLR cameras, video cameras and audio recording devices are not permitted at any event and not permitted in the venue. Recording Devices like GoPros, etc. are also prohibited.
– Large banners & flags are not allowed in the venue. Please be respectful of those around if holding up signs that are under the venue guidelines.
WHAT TO BRING
-We encourage all patrons to bring a clear plastic water bottle. These will be allowed into the venue with refill stations available.
– Remember to bring your tickets (Both mobile or print tickets accepted). Please note: Enmore theatre are all valid for this event.
– If buying merchandise please note: All vendours are cashless. Card payments will only be accepted on the night.
– Please bring warm clothing and wet weather gear if lining up early.
-Please note: If you have a backpack or bag bigger than 30cm x 30cm, it will need to be cloaked ($3 per item) before entering the venue and cannot be re-accessed until leaving the venue. On collecting cloaked items please be patient as there may be delays depending on the volume of items checked at the event.

Q: Where is the Hordern Pavilion Located?
A: 1 Driver Ave Moore Park, NSW 2021 Australia
Q: What’s the easiest way to travel to the venue?
A: We strongly recommend the use of the Light Rail or public transport for your journey to and from the Hordern Pavilion.
The Moore Park Light Rail station is located just 450m from the Hordern Pavilion.
Q: Can I bring a water bottle in with me?
A: Please note ONLY empty clear plastic bottles are allowed inside the venue as a safety precaution. Water stations are positioned at all bars and throughout the site for everyone to stay hydrated during the event.
Q: What can i bring to the event?
A: We encourage you to leave your belongings at home. All bags will be checked on entry. Bags larger than 30cm x 30cm are prohibited. The full list of prohibited items for this event can be found here.
Q: Is this event cashless?
A: Ensure you bring a valid debit/credit card with you as most transactions within the event site are card only.
Q: Will Haze & Strobe lighting be in use?
A: Haze & Strobe lighting will be in use during this event.
Q: Is the venue accessible by wheelchair?
A: Yes all venues will be accessible by wheelchair during this event. If you need help please reach out to our friendly event staff who can assist.
Q: Can I bring my camera?
A: Professional & SLR cameras (cameras with detachable lenses or a lens that extends more than 5cm from the body of the camera), video cameras and audio recording devices are not permitted at any event and not permitted in the venue. Recording Devices (Audio or / Visual) – like GoPros, etc. are also prohibited.
Q: Can I bring a banner/ flag / sign?
A: All items brought into the venue must follow our venue guidelines and not proceed 30cm x 30cm. They will have to be cloaked if larger than this.
Q: Is there a cloakroom?
A: Yes, there is a cloakroom for this event – for a small fee. Note If you have a backpack or bag bigger than 30cm x 30cm, it will need to be cloaked before entering the venue and cannot be re-accessed until leaving the venue. Q: Do you do pass outs?
A: No, there are no pass outs once you are inside the event site, if you leave the event you will not be allowed re-entry.
