From the promoter: Due to ongoing customer feedback regarding the proposed afternoon start time for WE.ARE.ONE Festival, we have listened and moved the event to a later start time at the Ivy Ballroom + FULL precinct takeover. Rest assured we will have the same big room festival production and the lineup remains unchanged. You will also have the benefit of longer hours and access to the entire ivy precinct - including a never-seen-before ivy Ballroom transformation.
All current tickets remain valid for the new valid without any need to exchange.

- As you have secured your spot early, we have automatically upgraded your ticket to VIP status – giving you access to the exclusive VIP Area and facilities.
- For patrons who do not wish to attend the new venue, please lodge your refund request here by Thursday 21 November 2024, 5pm AEST. Requests received will be processed prior to the event date.
