Touring Australia in September 2023
Rex Orange County returns to Australia this spring. The tour marks Rex’s inaugural headline shows across Asia, and includes long awaited dates in some of his biggest streaming markets.
The dates follow Rex’s 2022 multi-city run in North America that saw Rex performing sold-out shows at iconic venues including The Hollywood Bowl, Forest Hills Stadium, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and a sold-out hometown performance at Gunnersbury Park in London to 20,000 people.
Last year, Rex released his latest album, WHO CARES?, which charted #1 in the UK, #2 in Australia, and #5 in the US. The record includes stand-out songs such as “AMAZING,” “THE SHADE,” “KEEP IT UP,” and “OPEN A WINDOW” featuring Tyler, The Creator, marking the first time the two have collaborated since Tyler’s 2017 album Flower Boy. Complex praised the album in their ‘Best of 2022 So Far’ list, calling it “sobering, uplifting, fun, and honest all at the same time, making for a great addition to his expanding catalog.” He followed suit with the release of his single “THREAT,” which was heralded by The New York Times as “a tender take on self-doubt.”
