News of the tour follows the recent release of Louis’s third full-length studio album How Did I Get Here? [released 23 January via BMG] which debut at #1 on the UK Album Charts and #3 on the ARIA Album Charts.

From Monday 10 August, AXS are the only authorised ticket seller for events held at the Hordern Pavilion. Only tickets purchased from our official ticketing partner AXS, are valid for this event. If you purchased tickets through our previous ticketing provider, your new AXS ticket will automatically be issued within 7 days of the event. For more information on AXS tickets click here. What happens to my tickets?
- Tickets purchased for the original venue remain valid. Ticket holders do not need to take any further action.
- GA Standing Tickets Customers who originally purchased General Admission Standing tickets will be allocated to the General Admission Standing section at Hordern Pavilion.
- Reserved Seating Tickets All reserved seating tickets will be automatically reallocated to a General Admission ticket. At the Hordern Pavilion in Sydney, General Admission (GA) tickets offer access to both a standing dance floor and unreserved tiered seating on three sides of the venue. These unreserved seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- For customers who are unable to attend the new venue, please lodge your refund request here by Mon 10 Aug 2026. Requests received will be processed within 30 business days after the cut-off date or where the event is occurring in less than 30 days, the refund will be processed prior to the new event date.

- Accessible seating and Companion Card tickets can now be purchased directly through Ticketek during checkout for newly released events.
