Chugg Entertainment and Frontier Touring regretfully advise that Lauv’s upcoming Australia and New Zealand tour will no longer take place in September 2021.

The Artist had this to say to Ticket Holders: “To everyone in Australia and new Zealand, I’m so sad to share that, after a lot of conversations and trying everything we can to make these shows happen, they’re not going to be able to go ahead. I couldn’t have been more excited to play for you, but in the end, there’s still just so much uncertainty this year and it seems best that we take a minute to figure out the right time to tour again. I’ll see you as soon as I can, and in the meantime, check back with where you purchased for additional info on refunds.” Chugg Entertainment and Frontier Touring apologise to any ticket holders who are inconvenienced by this cancellation. Lauv plans to return to Australia and New Zealand once the COVID-19 pandemic, and subsequent travel restrictions, have eased around the world.

Ticketek is the only authorised ticket seller for all events held at the Hordern Pavilion. Only tickets purchased from our official ticketing partner; Ticketek, are valid for this event. Tickets purchased through any other sources may not be valid and you may not be admitted into the show.
What happens to my tickets?

All purchased ticket will have now received an email regarding the event cancellation and will receive a full refund.

Tickets purchased by credit or debit card will be refunded in full (including ticket insurance premium or refundable ticket purchase, if relevant) and patrons do not need to take any action. Patrons should allow approximately 20 working days for the refund to appear in their account.

If your credit or debit card has been permanently closed/cancelled, please supply us with updated bank details here within 3 business days from the date of this email in order to process your refund.
